We are currently participating in a trial of the 4-Day Working Week, allowing you to enjoy a better work-life balance while receiving full pay for a reduced work schedule.

Your Role

As a Special Educational Needs Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with Autism and additional needs. Your contributions will directly impact their educational journey, helping them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing educational materials and facilitating classroom activities.
  • Support the emotional and physical needs of students, fostering their personal development.
  • Engage with pupils in both indoor and outdoor settings, ensuring a responsive and caring approach.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to create a nurturing environment for learning.

What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary of £20,516.00 per annum for a full-time role of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This is a permanent position, term-time only.

Our school is a modern, purpose-built facility with a range of specialist learning areas, including outdoor spaces that enhance the educational experience. We are committed to delivering high-quality, tailored educational packages for each pupil.
