Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Metal Fabrication Specialist to join a well-established company known for fostering a positive work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Metal Fabrication Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to construct and/or assemble metal components and structures according to technical specifications provided by management.

Working Hours:
Standard working hours consist of an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday.

Compensation:
The hourly wage ranges from £16 to £23, commensurate with experience.

Job Duties Include:

  • Interpreting and executing detailed CAD drawings.
  • Operating various machinery and tools, including guillotines, rollers, welders, brake presses, plasma cutters, forklifts, and power tools, following appropriate training.
  • Applying paint finishes, either manually or via spray methods, while adhering to COSHH regulations.
  • Utilizing company vehicles for site travel as required.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in welding techniques.
  • Conducting quality assurance checks on fabricated items.
  • Working exclusively day shifts.
  • Potential for overtime work as needed.
