Job Title: Site Maintenance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a Site Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the resident site team to consistently deliver contractual KPIs on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the site team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality maintenance services.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company standards.
  • Monitor and control maintenance costs to ensure they are within budget.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business improvement.
  • Knowledge of maintenance management software and systems.
