Job Summary:

Talent Finder Jobs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at a retreat centre and event venue in the beautiful North Warwickshire countryside. As a member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our guests, while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including meals, vegetables, desserts, and salads, using fresh produce and adhering to dietary requirements.
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen and food preparation areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and high-quality food.
  • Communicate effectively with management and colleagues to improve the working environment and achieve team goals.
  • Perform general kitchen duties, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of international cuisines and ability to prepare a variety of dishes.
  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, as required.
