About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Ballington House, a 13-bedded mental health rehabilitation hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users with complex mental health needs.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- Support and mentor colleagues to promote positive teamwork and a culture of excellence.
- Observe, record, and report all service user changes, maintaining accurate records of care provided.
Requirements
- A relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.
- Strong team-working skills and a high level of self-motivation.
- A positive attitude, naturally caring and compassionate, with a commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice.

- An annual salary of £35,000 - £38,000 (dependent on experience).
