Training Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Instructor to join our team at Gibb Group - Trauma Resus. As a Training Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of training courses across the UK and Europe, focusing on advanced first aid and emergency response.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality training courses to clients, ensuring all equipment is in good working order and fit for purpose.
- Support the clinical governance committee on matters related to training and equipment.
- Contribute to quality improvement projects as directed by the Head of Training.
- Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
- Current professional registration with GMC, NMC, or HCPC.
- Level 3 Teaching and Assessing qualification or equivalent.
- Full UK driving license.
- ILS/PLS/Trauma training or equivalent.
- Risk Management and Internal Quality Assurance experience.
