Key Responsibilities of the Hearing Care Specialist:
This role involves field-based activities within a designated area. You will be conducting comprehensive hearing assessments in line with HCPC standards.

Your responsibilities will include scheduling and managing appointments with potential clients, as well as promoting and selling hearing solutions.

Your tasks will encompass, but are not limited to:
  • Managing the sales administration of orders
  • Accurately completing audiograms and maintaining records on the CMS system
  • Providing reports to support testing, sales initiatives, and strategic planning
  • Delivering outstanding aftersales support, addressing service inquiries, and resolving issues
Candidate Requirements:
Candidates must be qualified Audiologists / Hearing Aid Dispensers and possess a valid driving license.
A friendly and approachable demeanor, coupled with a strong work ethic, is essential.

A customer-centric approach to your work and the ability to establish a strong rapport with clients and colleagues is crucial.

Compensation and Benefits:
As a Hearing Aid Dispenser in a field-based role, you will receive a competitive salary along with a generous commission structure.
