Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lettings Associate & Valuer to join our team at Rayner Personnel. As a key member of our lettings team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective lettings strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Manage and mentor a team of lettings professionals to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
  • Negotiate lettings contracts and agreements to ensure maximum returns for clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, legislation, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence in lettings services

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in lettings, with a proven track record of success in negotiating lettings contracts
  • Strong background in sales, with a focus on building relationships and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
  • Strong knowledge of lettings legislation, including the Housing Act
