About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Strategist to join our team at Up World. As a Brand Strategist, you will play a key role in helping our clients develop and implement effective brand strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Brand Strategies
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify strategic opportunities and actionable insights for clients.
    • Develop and articulate clear brand positioning and messaging, based on insights and market differentiation.
    • Write compelling briefs / propositions for brand development.
    • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to develop compelling brand narratives and visual guidelines.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Oversee communication with multiple clients, ensuring clarity on strategic brand deliverables, meeting schedules, discussion topics, and status updates.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with client teams, handling passionate stakeholders.
  • Project Management
    • Create and manage critical paths for various projects, ensuring timely delivery of all milestones and deliverables.
    • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Brand Strategist or similar role, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, market research methodologies, and competitive analysis.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to take clients on a journey.
  • Highly organized with exceptional project management skills.
  • Creative in both output and approach, with the ability to innovate methods to manage varied budgets and timeframes.
