Tax Senior Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Senior to join our team in Grantham. As a Tax Senior, you will play a key role in providing tax advice and guidance to clients, as well as supporting the Tax Manager in ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
About the Role:- Corporate and personal tax computations.
- Work closely with the Tax Manager to ensure deadlines and budgets are being met.
- Preparation of tax submissions.
- VAT.
- Develop specialist knowledge in niche areas of tax (CGT, IHT, R&D for example).
- Support junior staff with learning and development.
- Some general accounting work.
- Build good rapport with clients.
- Assist with target setting and department budgeting.
- Identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients.
- Maintain legislative knowledge.
- Champion your own professional development, scoping training opportunities.

- Ideally 4 years of practice experience.

- Confident in reviewing processes and improving systems to boost efficiency.
- Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.
- An eagerness to progress with the firm, undertaking continuous professional development.
