About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Breakfast Chef to join our team at Maldron Hotel Brighton. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading the charge in creating exceptional breakfast experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the overall running of the kitchen, ensuring seamless food production and exceptional quality.
  • Monitor food quality and hygiene standards, adhering to HACCP regulations at all times.
  • Support your fellow kitchen staff in maintaining high standards of food preparation and storage.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a hotel or similar environment.
  • Passion for food and a genuine interest in culinary excellence.
  • Mature and pleasant manner for dealing with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.
