About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our team at Bright Horizons Caterham The Laurels Day Nursery and Preschool. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to our young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging learning experiences that meet the needs of all children.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our nursery's curriculum and policies.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in our care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), or a full and relevant Level 6 Early Years Qualification.
  • Previous experience working in the Early Years sector.
  • A sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • A passion for making learning fun and engaging for young children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
