CSCS Labourer Job Description

Osenka Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated CSCS Labourer to support our client on a new build commercial project in Ampthill. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with various tasks on site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
  • Perform general labour duties, site clean-up, and welfare tasks, including cleaning toilet and canteen areas.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations on site at all times.
  • Support tradespeople and contractors as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
Requirements:
  • Valid CSCS card is essential.
  • Previous experience working as a labourer on construction sites is preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects when required.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Basic understanding of construction processes and procedures.
