Residential Conveyancing Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Residential Property Conveyancer to join our award-winning team in Dorset. As a key member of our conveyancing team, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, mortgages, transfers of equity, and rural properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a diverse caseload of residential property transactions
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transaction processing
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and practice
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Broad residential property experience
  • At least 2 years PQE as a Solicitor, CLC, or CILEx qualification
  • Confidence handling complex cases
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Passion for client service and teamwork
