We're seeking a highly skilled Lead SEO Specialist to join our team at NerdWallet UK. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive organic user acquisition strategy that drives growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a robust SEO strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives to drive site engagement and rank.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute innovative acquisition plans and make data-driven decisions to drive measurable growth.
  • Provide regular performance reports and updates to senior management.
  • Enhance the user journey by addressing consumer pain points through data-driven analysis.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in SEO.
  • Experience building strong cross-functional partnerships as a thought leader within an organisation.
  • Experience building content roadmaps for Editorial Content teams.
  • Experience with analysing consumer needs and pain points specific to the UK market, split testing to create a user-first experience.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience working in financial services or equivalent knowledge of personal finance.
