As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be an integral part of our team, focusing on the critical aspects of dispatch operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Material Handling: Efficiently load and unload materials utilizing pendant cranes, Forklift Trucks (FLT), and Sideloader equipment.
  • Initial Inspections: Supervise and perform initial evaluations of incoming materials, ensuring compliance and documenting any non-conformities.
  • Final Product Assessment: Conduct thorough inspections of products before dispatch, ensuring they meet all quality standards.
  • Quality Procedures: Adhere to established protocols such as TI-OP-061-LTD (final inspection) and TI-OP-062-LTD (handling, storage, and delivery), along with relevant quality documentation.
  • Niton Gun Analysis: Execute Niton gun analyses to assess material composition.
  • Product Inspection: Carry out final inspections on BNFL products to guarantee quality assurance.
  • Training Support: Assist in training operations personnel on the proper use of saws and straightening equipment.
  • Company Initiatives: Engage in company-led initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
  • Meetings Participation: Attend and contribute to meetings pertinent to the role.
  • Issue Reporting: Generate Inspection Deviation Notices (IDNs) and communicate any concerns to production control.
