We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Experience Solution Architect to join our team at FDM Group Ltd. As a key member of our Commercial Lending team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of digital banking.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on ambitious projects within the commercial lending platform, focusing on delivering exceptional digital journeys. You will partner with enterprise architecture and service providers to elaborate on solutions, their interfaces, and validating technology assumptions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with enterprise architecture and service providers to elaborate on solutions, their interfaces, and validating technology assumptions.
  • Provide analysis of options and deliver end-to-end solution designs using relevant architectural building blocks.
  • Owning the technical design risks or issues and driving resolution through architectural or agile practices.
  • Participating in Agile ceremonies, eliciting requirements, shaping, and validating designs or prototypes that deliver customer outcomes.
  • Leveraging industry best practices, frameworks, standards, and policies in creating opportunities and value for our customers.
  • Contributing to the financial investment process to obtain funding for key solution opportunities.
  • Providing oversight and fostering built-in quality, decoupled, and modernized architectures.
  • Supporting product owners and platform leads in identifying, articulating, and impact assessing software and infrastructure currency risks or issues.
  • Supporting product owners and platform leads on the technical aspect of activities linked with platform financial estimation, spend, or risk management processes.
Requirements
  • Experience in systems engineering or solution architecture with appreciation of software development processes such as behavior-driven development and test-driven development.
  • Have understanding and experiences in applying different project, architecture, life cycling, and risk management methods to bring in customer value.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of solution and software architecture patterns.
  • Experience in defining and/or operating environments embracing Agile Architecture, Emergent, and Intentional architecture techniques.
  • Experience of systems or solutions development, change lifecycle, release management at web-scale.
  • Experience in partnering and collaborating with Enterprise, security, data, and infrastructure architects to create customer value or tackle business problems.
  • Proficient and demonstrable experience in leading activities associated with Architectural Governance, Risk Management, or Compliance processes.
  • Prior experience in Mobile native, Cross-platform/Hybrid App, API Gateway Management, and microservices domain.
