**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at One to One Personnel. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives
* Establish and execute digital marketing strategies to distribute content across various channels
* Work closely with the in-house team of writers, designers, and marketers to maintain a strong digital presence
* Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels
* Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess performance and optimize user experience

**Requirements**

* Proven track record in creating and implementing digital marketing strategies and activities through SEO, UX, digital advertising (PPC and paid social), email marketing, and website optimization
* Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
* In-depth knowledge of various search engine and social media platforms and best practices
* Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
* Strong project management and managerial skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Qualified in Google Analytics
* Chartered Marketer accredited
* In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
* Experience in digital marketing or a related field
* Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
* Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics

**What We Offer**

* Salary from £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
* Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm (1 hour for lunch)
* 21-days holiday plus bank holidays – increasing one day per year
