Job Title: Trainee Vehicle Paint Sprayer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Vehicle Paint Sprayer. As a key member of our Smart Repair service, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare vehicles for repair and painting, ensuring all surfaces are clean and free of debris.
  • Machine polish vehicles to a high standard, using specialized equipment and techniques.
  • Prepare alloys, bumpers, and wing mirrors for repair and painting.
  • Mix and apply paint to vehicles, following strict quality control procedures.
  • Support the paint technician in all aspects of repair, including preparing materials and equipment.
  • Manage stock levels for paint and other materials, placing orders as needed to minimize waste.
  • Keep work areas clean and tidy, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
Requirements:
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail, with a keen eye for quality.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and motivated attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive repair and painting processes, with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
