We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Assistant to join our operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pack food liners in accordance with written specifications and quality control procedures.
  • Conduct regular temperature, quality, and product date checks to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Seal and record flight canisters, trolleys, and other equipment as required.
  • Coordinate and manage stock levels, including receiving, storing, and issuing inventory.
  • Sort and assemble bars into flights, working collaboratively with team members to achieve targets.
  • Verify trolley seals and cross-check with customs paperwork to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform general washing, sorting, assembling, packing, and positioning of aircraft equipment using an industrial dishwasher.
  • Process and strip trolleys, and deliver them to the relevant department.
  • Offload and sort equipment/food, ensuring it is delivered to the correct processing area.
  • Load and off-load lorries, stack shelves, and replenish equipment/food items.
  • Conduct daily stock counts and maintain accurate records.
  • Clean working areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.

Working Hours:

  • Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 2 days off or 5 out of 7 days.
  • Start Times: 7am or 11am.
