Property Management: A Key Role at Gilbride Management Group (GMG)

At Gilbride Management Group (GMG), we are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring instructions are completed, and managing maintenance repairs. You will also schedule property viewings, register applicants, conduct property matches, and negotiate offers between landlords and tenants. Delivering exceptional customer service is crucial in this role, as you will be interacting with local property owners and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring instructions are completed and maintenance repairs are carried out

• Schedule property viewings and register applicants

• Conduct property matches and negotiate offers between landlords and tenants

• Deliver exceptional customer service, both over the phone and in person

• Build strong relationships with local property owners

Requirements:

• 2 years of Property Management experience

• Driving License

Working Hours and Benefits:

• Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 6:00

• Alternate Saturday work, 10:00am – 04:00pm

• Company car/fuel allowance

• Employee of the Month
