Job Description

**Job Title:** IT Programme Manager - Digital Transformation Lead

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced IT Programme Manager to lead our digital transformation programme, focusing on data and technology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing strategic roadmaps, providing project leadership, and driving meaningful change within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the data transformation programme and portfolio of projects, ensuring successful delivery and adoption of new technologies.
  • Implement the structure of the programme and ways of working, fostering a culture of trust in data and its utilization.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps and project timelines, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to identify needs and develop solutions, driving business value and digital transformation.
  • Collaborate across teams, programmes, and projects to deliver digital change, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in programme management, with a track record of delivering complex change projects.
  • Strong understanding of data and technology transformation, with expertise in developing strategic roadmaps and project timelines.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive cultural change and foster a culture of trust in data and its utilization.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and stakeholder needs.
