PPC Manager Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced PPC specialist to join our team at Sphere Digital Recruitment, a leading digital marketing agency. As a PPC Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our clients' digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective paid search strategies to achieve client goals and objectives
- Manage and optimize daily PPC activity, including campaign setup, bid strategies, ad copy, and daily optimizations
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with the wider team to plan, report, and implement digital marketing strategies
- Provide exceptional client service, including regular communication and reporting
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving our processes and strategies
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of experience in a similar PPC role, with a proven track record of delivering against KPIs
- Experience across Google and MS Ads
- Google Ads certification preferred
- Proficient in Google Analytics
- Understanding of scripts, tags, and Google Tag Manager
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to leverage data and drive actionable insights
- Understanding of wider digital marketing and its impact on paid media strategies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, both with clients and internally
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google tools (primarily Excel and PowerPoint)
