Trackside Technical Support Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled IT professional to take the next step in their career working with a leading Formula 1 team at Franklin Fitch.

This is a perfect opportunity for a Formula 1 enthusiast who is an experienced IT Support Specialist. You will provide exceptional trackside technical support and have excellent customer service skills with experience of working in a fast-paced environment.

You will receive all relevant training to be able to provide a high level of technical support.

Key Requirements

  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency in Windows 10 / 11 Operating Systems and mobile operating systems
  • Microsoft Office365 expertise
  • Active Directory and Group Policy management experience
  • Good knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WAN, and LAN
  • Understanding of storage systems, performance, and availability monitoring toolsets
  • Experience of working under pressure and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Ability to work flexible hours and provide out-of-hours support on a rota basis

Desirable Skills

  • Microsoft certifications
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate
  • Interest in Formula 1 or motorsport
