Job Title: Director of Engineering Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Engineering Operations to lead our team of engineers in delivering exceptional IT infrastructure solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical direction of our engineering operations and ensuring the smooth operation of our enterprise estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to our engineering team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including M365 Identity and Collaboration, to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of up to 16 engineers across the globe, providing coaching, training, and performance reviews to ensure they are equipped to meet the demands of the role.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, stakeholders, and c-suite executives to ensure effective communication and alignment on technical roadmaps.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans for our engineering operations, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in M365 Identity and Collaboration, with a strong understanding of technical areas such as Teams, Identity, Active Directory, CoPilot, O365, SharePoint, Data, PKI, and MS Licensing.
  • Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and c-suite executives.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: Up to £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Exceptional Benefits: Up to 45% bonus and up to 10% matched pension contributions, amongst other benefits.
