About The Position
We are on the lookout for a Financial Operations Analyst who is either newly qualified or nearing qualification (ACCA/CIMA). This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about enhancing processes and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
As a Financial Operations Analyst, your duties will encompass:
  • Management Accounting (50%): Oversee the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Address and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Manage VAT, cash flow, overhead, and group inquiries.

  • Business Enhancement (50%): Collaborate with senior finance professionals to develop a comprehensive understanding of finance.
  • Identify and implement enhancements in financial and operational processes.
  • Engage with various departments to promote process improvements.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Recent or near qualification (ACCA/CIMA).
  • A strong eagerness to learn and improve operational processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • A willingness to participate in site visits to gain operational insights.
