We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Installation Coordinator/Manager to join our team at Infinity Energy Services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the office elements of our Air Source Heat Pump and Air Conditioning installations, ensuring all regulatory standards are met and the highest levels of customer care are delivered.
- Manage the installation diary, including booking, scheduling, and making changes.
- Liaise with customers to provide installation updates and ensure high standards of customer service are met.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure the correct equipment is available for every install.
- Work closely with our customer success team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Complete all necessary regulatory paperwork and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Manage installer diaries and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
