Job Description:

Executive Network Legal Limited is seeking an ambitious and experienced Solicitor to join our team as a Court of Protection Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients across the health and social care sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake a diverse caseload of healthcare matters, including Court of Protection welfare cases, Mental Health Act 1983/ Mental Capacity Act 2005 matters, governance, and NHS Continuing Care / Responsible Commissioner issues.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on complex healthcare matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Requirements:

  • Up to 4 years' PQE working for clients in the healthcare or public sectors.
  • Proven track record handling complex Court of Protection cases and matters relating to the Mental Health Act.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
