Job Summary
Navis Health is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Physician to join our team. As a key member of our medical advisory team, you will provide expert clinical advice and guidance to our clients and employees.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality occupational health services to our clients, ensuring that all advice and guidance is of the highest standard.
- Act as an ambassador for Navis Health, promoting our occupational health services and expertise.
- Develop and maintain standards of best practice and standardization of systems.
Key Duties
- Provide medical advice and guidance on occupational health issues, including pre-employment assessments, sickness absence management, and ill health retirement.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement occupational health strategies and policies.
- Conduct health surveillance and screening services, including asbestos and HAVS assessments.
- Act as a professional witness in judicial environments, providing expert medical testimony.
- Liaise with administrators and team leaders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
- DipOccMed/AFOM/MFOM qualification or equivalent.
- Current GMC registration and MDU restriction.
- Prior experience in occupational health, preferably in a private sector setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Full UK driving license.
