Job Title: Mobile Electrical Engineer

Job Summary:

CBRE Local UK is seeking a skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our team. As a Mobile Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for providing electrical maintenance and repair services to our clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to electrical maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Perform technical tasks such as testing and diagnosing electrical systems, repairing and replacing electrical equipment, and ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards.
  3. Work collaboratively with the facilities management team to ensure that electrical systems are functioning properly and that any issues are resolved promptly.
  4. Conduct site surveys and produce reports on electrical systems and equipment.
  5. Undertake upgrade and installation work as required.
  6. Ensure that all electrical work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
  7. Monitor and analyze electrical systems to identify potential issues and take proactive measures to prevent downtime.
  8. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

  1. 17th or 18th Edition IEE: Wiring & Installation qualification.
  2. 2394 / 2395 electrical testing and inspection qualification.
  3. Previous experience in electrical maintenance and repair in a commercial environment.
  4. Valid driving license.

Working Hours: Flexible working hours, including occasional overtime.

Location: Milton Keynes, Birmingham, Nottingham, and Cambridge.
