**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
- Provide a visible deterrent within the store to prevent and detect potential security threats.
- Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to fulfill customer requirements and provide excellent customer service.
- Deal with difficult situations in a safe and professional manner.
**Requirements**
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional approach with a balanced sense of judgment and a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
- A valid SIA License or have applied for one.
- A full five-year checkable employment history.
