Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Service Manager at our high-level repair centre in Dorking. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective communication with customers throughout the repair process
- Assess and review client vehicles on the forecourt/showroom before re-assessing courtesy cars returned after use
- Utilize strong attention to detail and polished communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders and support functions
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and drive customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the customer service journey and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience, ideally within automotive or a similar industry
- Experience with MS Office software, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Polished communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive and proactive mindset and a flexible, hands-on approach to working in a team
