Work Environment:
Office-based role with responsibilities in the community
Working Hours:
Participation in a scheduled shift system, with hours ranging from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM, including weekends.
Role Overview:
Are you committed to enhancing the lives of individuals facing homelessness? We are looking for a compassionate Supportive Housing Facilitator to join our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional accommodation solutions for individuals experiencing homelessness.
- Offering clients guidance, resources, and a supportive service to aid their journey towards self-sufficiency.
- Conducting comprehensive assessments for clients and formulating personalized support plans that reflect their unique aspirations.
- Demonstrating an understanding of the factors contributing to homelessness and social marginalization.
Requirements:
- A valid UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle (business insurance is necessary for roles involving travel).
