Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Property Manager to join our team at BBL Property Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties, managing a team of property managers, and providing expert advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a small portfolio of properties, including overseeing maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Lead a team of property managers, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Act as a go-to advisor for clients, providing expert advice on property management, maintenance, and repairs.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance, reduce costs, and increase client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to promote properties and attract new clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and excellence in property management.
Requirements:
- MTPI qualification (or RICS equivalent) is essential.
- Driver with vehicle is essential, as some properties are located in areas with limited public transportation.
- Highly experienced property manager with a stable career history and successful track record of retaining key clients.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
- Competitive basic salary up to £50k.
- Year-end bonus.
- Early finishing on Fridays.
- Christmas shutdown (not taken from your leave entitlement).
- 20 days holiday (rising 1 day for every year of service).
- Day off on your birthday.
