We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our HR team at Four Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the business in achieving its goals and objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across the business.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to drive business performance and growth.
- Lead on performance and absence reviews, ensuring that all employees are held accountable for their performance and that any issues are addressed promptly.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure that the business has a robust recruitment strategy in place.
