Overview:
Are you an experienced Lead Structural Engineer seeking a new challenge?

Our client, a reputable and forward-thinking consultancy, is currently expanding and has secured a number of prestigious projects in the Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire regions.

They focus on the enhancement of residential living environments, prioritizing innovation and delivering designs of the highest quality.

They provide tailored structural calculations and drawings to meet the unique requirements of each client’s project.
The role will primarily be office-based, with regular site visits expected.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading projects, driving them to successful completion, and contributing extensive expertise to a growing organization.

You should be prepared to start immediately, as no training will be provided. Experience in residential projects is essential, with aspirations to transition into the commercial sector in the future.

Applicants must possess a minimum of 20 years of experience and should have received their training and education in the UK.


Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Extensive postgraduate experience within the UK.
- Proficient in producing structural designs using a variety of traditional materials.
- Experience in residential and domestic projects.
- Commercial experience is advantageous.
- Strong academic background.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take ownership of projects.
