Your Responsibilities
The Mid-Market Pre-Sales Consultant plays a crucial role within the UK & I Sales team, focusing on the mid-market value proposition.
This position entails supporting various sales initiatives through client interactions, meetings, demonstrations, presentations, proposals, and workshops. These engagements may include in-person meetings as well as extensive online interactions.

Your Qualifications
- Significant and demonstrable experience in a Pre-Sales role (5+ years).
- In-depth knowledge of service and sales principles, with a proven track record in a Pre-Sales consultant capacity.
- Experience in a solution-selling environment, providing support to both field and inside sales teams through face-to-face and virtual meetings.
- A dynamic and engaging presentation style that captivates audiences.
- Familiarity with best practices in the UK & I Payroll market and the ability to apply this knowledge effectively.
- Comprehensive understanding of the current HCM market landscape.
- Experience in developing successful Sales Enablement materials and tools.
- A history of delivering thorough and winning proposals and tender responses.
- Ability to meet demanding, customer-driven deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driving license, as travel will be necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement expert sales enablement tools and resources to enhance existing sales opportunities and accelerate new business development.
- Collaborate with the sales team to engage key clients and boost sales of our product and service offerings through both in-person and virtual meetings.
- Proactively assist the sales team with any stalled opportunities or missed chances.
- Work closely with Product Managers to keep content related to our product and service portfolio updated.
- Understand interoperability standards in the industry and their relevance to our solutions.
- Manage pre-sales data sets, ensuring all essential information is prepared for customer demonstrations.
- Provide ongoing feedback to the business regarding the application of our solutions in target markets to support our Product roadmap, marketing, and sales efforts.
- Represent the company at marketing events, webinars, and technical briefings as needed to support lead generation.
- Facilitate the transition of sales to the project management team prior to project initiation.
- Contribute expert knowledge to documentation, project scoping, and presentations for successful tender submissions.
- Mentor and onboard new sales team members on our latest solution technologies.
- Ensure the sales team remains informed about our solution portfolio, including partner products.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of competitors and assist the sales team in positioning our solutions competitively.
