Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Auditor to join our team at Arriva UK Trains Limited. As a Lead Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of supplier compliance requirements are met, and that audit documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and conduct risk-based audits on our operators and suppliers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and implement audit programs to ensure that all aspects of supplier compliance are met.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance audit processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on audit procedures and best practices.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to compliance and quality assurance.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in auditing or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in audit software and tools.
  • NEBOSH Qualified.
