About the Role

Brandon James Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Assistant Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary consultancy, you will be responsible for supporting the management of various projects across a wide range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of projects, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality results.
  • Conduct quality inspections and produce comprehensive reports to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Gain a strong understanding of construction procurement and contract management, particularly JCT contracts.
  • Proactively address client needs, maintaining a positive and responsive attitude to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous project management experience in a UK construction consultancy is essential.
  • A construction-related degree qualification (QS, PM, BS) is required.
  • A proactive learner with enthusiasm and a willingness to tackle new challenges is essential.
  • Practical experience with construction procurement and contracts, especially JCT, is highly desirable.
  • A proven track record of working on construction projects is necessary.
  • Highly driven, with a natural ambition to achieve outstanding results.
  • A self-starter with a creative and initiative-driven approach to problem-solving.
