Autocraft Solutions Group is seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Buyer to join our dynamic Material Control department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for processing requisitions, resolving GRN issues, and expediting orders to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong business mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, negotiating discounts, and ensuring adherence to procurement processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Fulfilling requisitions on behalf of the business
- Providing support, resolving queries, and offering advice to stakeholders
- Assisting in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations
- Managing procurement schedules for Min Max products
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Negotiating discounts and savings
- Supplier performance management
- Ensuring adherence to procurement processes and procedures
- Ensuring best value by working with Suppliers through Benchmarking practices
- Ensuring Purchase orders are placed within our existing Approved Supplier List
- Expedite and monitor open Purchase Orders
- Ensuring visibility for business decisions, including highlighting and escalating risks and opportunities to the Group Senior Buyer

Requirements- Relevant business degree or equivalent experience
- Highly results-oriented with a proven track record of exceeding targets
- Strong stakeholder management skills with effective communication at all levels
- Customer-focused
- Supply Chain Management Experience
- Demonstrates negotiation skills
- Supply Chain / Procurement software experience
