About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Transformation Specialist to join our team at Lorien. As a Process Architect, you will play a key role in designing and delivering process improvements aligned to our global standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process transformation plans to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
  • Design and deliver process improvements aligned to our global standards
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and training materials
  • Manage risk and issues related to process improvements
Requirements
  • Strong experience in process transformation and standardization, particularly in Order to Cash processes
  • Ability to derive fit-gap analysis and develop change impact and implementation plans
  • Experience working with Global Business Services teams in captive and BPO environments
  • Good understanding of broader GBS considerations, including legal entity and tax considerations
  • Experience implementing order management tools and building connectors and interfaces to multiple ERPs
  • Ability to write and update process documentation, including SOPs and training materials
  • Ability to manage risk, issues, and mitigation of these
Desirable Skills
  • Strong finance experience and understanding, with a qualified accountant preferred
  • Experience working across Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and other project/process transformation methodologies
  • Experience working with Oracle and SAP from an ERP environment
  • Proven experience in process design, optimization, and management
  • Experience with process modeling and mapping tools, along with Microsoft Office Suite of applications
