Academic Director

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Lead Psychologist to join our client's mental health service in Diss, Norfolk.

This is a permanent full-time role offering a competitive salary of £68,500 per annum DOE, plus benefits including up to 25 days annual leave, free parking, and a pension scheme.

• Collaborate with the Hospital Director/Director of Services/Medical director to ensure high-quality psychological practice and department standards.
• Lead the development of individual formulations and psychological assessments with a dynamic multi-professional team.
• Support the delivery of behavioural and other psychological interventions for patients and service users, providing guidance to reduce risks and aid recovery.
• Exercise effective consultancy skills and manage clinical/organisational projects.
• Demonstrate competence in line management responsibilities and service-related standards, including clinical governance.
