We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Principal Psychologist to join our team as a Senior Clinical Lead for our Looked After Children Services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for the development, provision, and evaluation of psychological services for looked after children and their networks.
Main ResponsibilitiesThis role will involve:
- Providing clinical leadership and guidance to the team
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues to achieve effective and evidence-based service provision
- Consulting with the network surrounding looked after children in Solihull
- Direct and indirect clinical work where appropriate
- Providing clinical supervision and consultation to other practitioners

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Qualified Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist/Clinical/Counselling Psychologist
