Key Responsibilities:
- Project Budgeting: Prepare and manage project budgets to ensure accurate cost management and financial reporting.
- Cost Analysis and Risk Management: Conduct thorough cost analysis and risk management to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Contract Administration: Oversee contract negotiations and procurement processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements:
