Company Overview: Randstad Delivery (GBS) is seeking a dedicated Machinery Technician to become an integral part of our operations. You will contribute significantly to the success of our Packaging division, which specializes in delivering corrugated packaging solutions across various sectors including FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Electronics, and Industrial.

Position Details:

  • Job Title: Machinery Technician
  • Compensation: £14.81 per hour - Overtime at £22.22 for hours exceeding 37.5 per week, and £29.62 for Saturday PM and Sunday shifts.
  • Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate machinery while maximizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
  • Meet set productivity and performance targets to ensure consistent quality standards.
  • Conduct maintenance and cleaning tasks as per the planned maintenance schedule.
  • Support and participate in improvement initiatives as they arise.
