Position Overview:
As a dedicated Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with specific needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and providing emotional support.

Location: Bexley
Working Hours: Term time: Monday 3pm, Tuesday 8am (includes a sleep-in shift from 9pm-6am). During school holidays: Monday 8.30am, Saturday and Sunday shifts every other week (includes sleep-in shifts). Bank hours available.

Compensation:
  • £15.50 per hour (Monday to Friday)
  • £17.50 per hour (Weekends and Bank Holidays)
  • National Living Wage for eligible workers

Requirements:
  • Essential: Experience in supporting adults with brain injuries, including behavior management and de-escalation techniques.
  • Desirable: Background in working with trauma and an interest in therapeutic practices.
  • Driver's license required for transportation duties.

Accommodation: Comfortable double bedroom with en-suite facilities available while on duty.
