Job Title: EMEA Sales Strategy and Operations Manager

As a key member of the Amazon EMEA Sales team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and strategy across the region. You will partner with senior sales executives to develop and implement data-driven sales strategies, leveraging your analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement and drive execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth across EMEA
  • Partner with sales teams to identify and address inefficiencies in the sales process
  • Own and improve critical processes for sales success, including opportunity management and productivity improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales strategy and execution
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Experience developing and implementing systems/tools for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, and Salesforce automation
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership
