**Role Overview**

As a key member of the DX team, the Transport Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery and collection services. This position is responsible for supporting the Shift Manager in the completion of daily driver pre-briefs, ensuring high standards of customer service and driver compliance with all operational processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely reporting to pre-brief sessions, structuring their returns to the Service Centre to effectively manage customer delivery and collection performance.
  • Conduct performance management processes with drivers, analyzing failed deliveries and collections for DX customers, and implementing corrective actions to improve service standards.
  • Utilize DXNS databases to conduct system-driven interrogation processes, analyzing delivery and collection performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Verify the accuracy of returned documentation, reconciling it against expected documentation to protect revenue and ensure accurate billing.
  • Validate that assigned delivery and collection points have been attended according to schedule, challenging performance exceptions prior to driver departure.
