Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager (Clinical) to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. As a Deputy Manager (Clinical), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Home Manager in ensuring all resident and staffing needs are met.
  • Create a safe and welcoming environment for residents, their families, employees, and visitors.
  • Deliver high-quality care in line with standards set by regulatory bodies.
  • Demonstrate passion for care through effective leadership and clinical skills.

Requirements:

  • Be a Registered Nurse with at least 3 years of leadership experience in a Residential or Nursing setting.
  • Have a strong working knowledge of regulatory standards.
  • Possess excellent communication and decision-making skills.
