Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to candidates in a timely manner. Job Title: HR Advisor

Responsible to: Managing Partner

Location: Ashmere Care Homes

Reports to: Managing Partner

  • Provide HR support to the management team at each Care Home and the senior company management.
  • Provide payroll & HR duties support.

Draft new contracts and letters to employees leaving the business and calculate any outstanding holiday and benefits.

Draft ad hoc employee letters with direction from management team / employment advice solicitors.

General Administration & Ad hoc duties.

Maintain an awareness of HR best practice at all times.

Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Previous exposure to a HR environment.
